Our Free Themes are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution / No Derivative Works License (more information). You may freely edit and distribute our themes but you must attribute the author as http://www.magthemes.com and you may not use our Free Themes for commercial purposes. You may use our free themes on your own e-commerce website. You may not resell our Free Themes or any derivatives of them.

Premium Themes

When you purchase a Premium Theme, you are purchasing a Single Use License. You may only use our theme on (1) domain name. You are allowed to modify the source code to your liking but you must purchase an additional license before using a Premium Theme on a second domain.
